Terms & Conditions c8asia — Platform Terms of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and c8asia, an online casino and Sports Betting platform operating under a recognised international licence. This document governs the relationship between you and c8asia, covering all aspects of platform use, gaming, financial transactions, and communications.

• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited or excluded by c8asia or any relevant regulatory authority.
• Not currently experiencing serious gambling problems and have not directed yourself to be excluded from any gambling platform.
• Only registering one account only per individual. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one c8asia account. Registering duplicate accounts — whether using the same or different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any winnings.

During registration, you are required to:

• Providing your full legal name exactly as it appears on your official identification document.
• Providing an active, reachable Malaysian phone number.
• Create a strong, unique password for your account. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Providing accurate information for the payment method being used — including the account holder name for the e-wallet or bank account, which must match the name on the c8asia account.

C8asia reserves the right to verify your identity at any time through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. You may be asked to upload a copy of your identification card, bank statement or other relevant documents. Failure to comply with this verification process may result in a temporary restriction or closure of your account.

c8asia accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other member banks), Boost and ShopeePay. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) only.

• Minimum Deposit Limit: RM10 per deposit transaction.
• Maximum Deposit Limit: Varies by payment method and account level. Check the deposit section in your account for the latest information.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account within seconds to 5 minutes, depending on the method used.
• If your deposit has not been credited within 15 minutes, please contact c8asia customer support with proof of your transaction.

For withdrawal, the following terms apply:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your last deposit, or to a method that has been verified on your account.
• The name on the e-wallet or bank account used for withdrawals must match the registered name on your c8asia account.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 30 minutes for active members. Gold and Platinum VIP members enjoy faster processing.
• C8asia reserves the right to request identity verification before approving withdrawals that exceed certain limits. This is a standard security measure to protect your account.
• Any bonus that has not met the wagering (rollover) requirements is not eligible for withdrawal. Only winnings that have fulfilled the rollover requirements may be processed for withdrawal.

C8asia offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to rollover (wagering) requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.

General Bonus Terms:

• A Welcome Bonus of up to RM888 is offered to new members making their first deposit. Specific terms for each bonus offer are stated on the respective promotions page.
• The standard rollover requirement is between 20x and 35x depending on the bonus type and game category. Rollover refers to the total wagering amount you must reach before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Only one bonus may be active in your account at a time, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or redeemed directly for cash.
• C8asia reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if abuse is detected, including betting strategies designed to fulfil rollover requirements without genuine risk (for example, placing opposing bets on the same market).
• The bonus validity period is as stated in the terms of the respective offer. Expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.

The weekly cashback offered to active members is calculated based on net losses within the specified period. Cashback is credited directly to your account with no rollover requirement unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms.

All games offered at c8asia — including slots, live casino, table games, lottery and jackpots — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently audited by a third-party body independent of c8asia. This ensures that every game outcome is random, fair and cannot be manipulated by any party.

• The Return to Player (RTP) rate varies by game. RTP information can be found in each game's individual description.
• In the event of a technical fault or system disruption during gameplay, c8asia will use server records to determine a fair outcome. Completed game results are final.
• C8asia reserves the right to void any round or game session where there is evidence of a technical failure that compromises the integrity of the game. In such cases, all wagers placed will be refunded to your account.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs, use automated software (bots), or employ any other method to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure.

C8asia Match Odds Section offers betting on real sports and e-sports events, including the Malaysia Super League, EPL, BWF World Tour badminton, and MPL Malaysia e-sports. The following specific rules apply to sports betting:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. No cancellations are permitted after confirmation, except in the event of an official match delay or cancellation.
• If a match is postponed and does not take place within 48 hours from its original schedule, all bets on that match will be fully refunded to your account.
• Odds are as displayed at the time your bet is confirmed. Any changes to odds after a bet has been placed will not affect confirmed bets.
• For in-play (live) betting, the outcome of the game during the betting session is the player's responsibility. c8asia is not liable for any loss of connection or information delays experienced during in-play betting.
• Accumulator (parlay) bets require all selections to win for the bet to be considered a winner. If one match in the accumulator is postponed, the bet will be recalculated using the remaining matches.

For Virtual Sports available in the Virtual Sports section of c8asia, results are generated by an audited RNG and are not based on real matches. All fair play rules stated in Section 6 apply equally to Virtual Sports.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the c8asia platform and may result in account closure, fund freezing and legal action:

• Identity fraud: Registering an account using another person's name, details, or documents.
• Duplicate accounts: Owning or using more than one c8asia account to gain bonus advantages or circumvent account limits.
• Money laundering: Using the c8asia platform as a channel to distribute or conceal illicit funds.
• Bug exploitation: Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software bugs, or system errors to obtain illegitimate winnings.
• Use of bots or automation: Using software, scripts, or any automated methods to play on the c8asia platform.
• Collusion: Colluding with other players or insiders to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Bonus abuse: Registering duplicate accounts, channelling deposits through third parties, or employing betting strategies designed to complete rollover requirements without genuine risk.
• Threats or harassment: Threatening, harassing or being abusive towards c8asia customer support staff.

You may close your c8asia account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closing, please ensure you have withdrawn all eligible balances from your account. Balances that have not met rollover requirements are not eligible for withdrawal upon account closure.

c8asia reserves the right to close or suspend your account without prior notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms.
• Identity fraud or the provision of false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Any activity that is suspicious or that violates our anti-money laundering policy.
• At the direction of a regulatory authority or law enforcement body.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member through customer support channels.

Where c8asia closes an account due to a Terms violation, all balances — including original deposits and winnings linked to the violating activity — may be fully forfeited. For balances unrelated to the violation, c8asia will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

C8asia's maximum liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days preceding the claim, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
